A MAXIMALIST FEMININE COLOR EXPLOSION
Olivia is a Tennessee girl who grew up in Memphis and started painting when her grandfather gave her permission to paint the pool house at sixteen. She never really stopped.
From Memphis she made her way to New York City, where she studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology, before eventually finding her way back to Tennessee — and her new home in Chattanooga.
She doesn't just paint hotels and houses. Olivia paints her dresses, shoes, purse and iPhone. Paint is cheap, but her look is one-of-a-kind.
Olivia believes beauty is a vibe. That ordinary things are just waiting for a little imagination. And that life is entirely too short for beige.
So be loud. Be pretty. Be colorful. Don't give a flip.
And whenever you can, help somebody else along the painted pink-brick road.

HOW SHE WORKS
Every surface counts
A room is not finished at the walls. The ceiling, the floor, the furniture and the light are all part of the same piece.
Cheap is chic
Thrifted, secondhand, off the curb. The budget goes into hours, not materials.
Always by hand
No vinyl, no projector. If it looks hand-painted it is because it is.
Loud on purpose
Punk rock femininity. Loud beauty. In-your-face flowers. None of it is an accident.
Find out who you are and do it on purpose.
